Support
Open an issue at github.com/glittersnack/jamchip/issues. Say which tab, what you did, what you expected and what happened instead; the Godot version and the plugin version from the changelog help. Output from the editor’s Output panel helps most.
A question
Section titled “A question”The same place, for now. There’s no Discord or forum yet.
Which Godot
Section titled “Which Godot”Godot 4.7 or newer. Every suite runs on it, and it’s the oldest version the plugin is tested against. Anything older is untested.
Lost work
Section titled “Lost work”The dock saves what you haven’t yet, every thirty seconds, to a recovery file under your project’s user data directory: user://jamchip/autosave/. The next time the editor opens, the tab offers it back. If it didn’t, the file is still there; Project, Open User Data Folder in the editor is the quickest way to it.
